Attorney Nick Tsoromokos
NICK TSOROMOKOS, ESQ. has over 17 years of experience in Real Estate Law, with a focus on the law of condominiums and cooperatives, on matters pertaining to the formation, sale, management, and financing of condominium and cooperative projects and the registration of such projects with state and local officials.
Prior to forming his own firm with partner Anthony Papadopoulos, Mr. Tsoromokos gained industry-specific and practical experience while working for 7 years as an associate of Gary Rosen, Esq., founder of Rosen Law LLC. While working with Attorney Rosen, Mr. Tsoromokos gained extensive expertise in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactional law and condominium formation law.

Mr. Tsoromokos’ representation usually begins at the acquisition and pre-construction phases of the project, and continues through completion of construction, co-operative or condominium conversion, occupancy, leasing, permanent financing or sale.
In addition, Mr. Tsoromokos represents clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, commercial leasing matters and acquisitions, sales and refinances of apartments, houses and multiple dwellings. He has extensive experience with Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 “like kind” exchanges and counseling small businesses with respect to general corporate matters.

ANTHONY PAPADOPOULOS, ESQ. has over 15 years experience in New York Real Estate Law and represents institutional lenders in the settlement and closing process. He also represents clients in connection with the purchase and sale of homes, commercial leasing matters and acquisitions, sales and refinances of apartments, houses and multiple dwellings.
Additionally, Mr. Papadopoulos offers vast experience in Personal Injury litigation. He has conducted a multitude of jury trials, arbitrations and mediations on behalf of plaintiffs in numerous areas of personal injury and general litigation. Attorney Zachari-Rallou Kyriakopoulou
ZACHARI-RALLOU KYRIAKOPOULOU has over 20 years of practical experience in Real Estate Law in both New York and Greece. She has worked on all aspects of real estate law including contracts, transactional closings, commercial and residential leasing and refinances. She has also acted as a legal consultant on complex international disputes involving both Greek and U.S. law, real estate law, immigration law, contracts and family law.
Prior to joining Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos, Ms. Kyriakopoulou was an associate of Pardalis & Nohavicka where she practiced residential and commercial real estate transactional law and a wide range of Hellenic Affairs, including but not limited to naturalization proceedings, US – Greece dual citizenship applications, powers of attorney, certified translations, real estate transfers and estate matters. Prior to relocating to New York, she was the Legal Director of a Cadastre and Land Registry Office as well as a practicing attorney in Greece. Ms. Kyriakopoulou earned her LLM as a cum laude graduate in International Law and Justice with a second concentration in Fashion Law from Fordham University’s School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Greece.
